At JAMO, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

  • Any orders placed after 12 PM (GMT) or over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

  • Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will not be dispatched until the following working day.


Shipping Times & Rates

We currently offer the following shipping options:

UK Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.


Delivery Issues

If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@jamohub.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Delivery Liability

JAMO shall not be held responsible for any parcels that are delivered and subsequently left unattended at the delivery address, including but not limited to doorsteps, porches, or designated safe places. Once delivery has been confirmed by the courier, all liability for the item transfers to the customer. The security and condition of any item left without signature or supervision is the sole responsibility of the recipient.


Additional Information

  • We do not dispatch or deliver on weekends or public holidays.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect address details may incur additional charges for re-delivery.
