Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Jamo! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 DAYS of the delivery.
  • Final sale items, gift cards, undergarments, and personalised/custom items are non-returnable.
  • Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items that have been damaged or altered as a result of improper washing or care. We strongly encourage you to review the specific care instructions for each item prior to making a purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at themeadowendstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions for sending the item(s) back.
  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of a defective or incorrect item.

  • Exchanges are only allowed if the item is in stock.
